Lucky 68 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Policy

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Lucky 68 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of the Lucky 68 website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as any additional rules, policies or guidelines published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of the Lucky 68 platform regardless of how you access it — desktop browser, mobile browser or the Lucky 68 Android or iOS app. Using the platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction is at your own risk and subject to the laws applicable in your location.

Lucky 68 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use Lucky 68, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Lucky 68 is strictly an adult platform.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the Lucky 68 platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

Lucky 68 does not knowingly accept registrations from minors. If you suspect a minor is using the platform, please contact our support team using the details in Section 14.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the Lucky 68 platform. Opening or maintaining multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name or any other method — is a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. Lucky 68 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs because you shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Lucky 68 support immediately so appropriate security measures can be taken.

• Account names, usernames and registered email addresses cannot be changed after registration without identity verification.
• Lucky 68 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where suspicious activity, fraud or Terms violations are detected.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity review.
• Closing your account voluntarily can be requested via the Responsible Gaming tools or by contacting support.

4 Deposits & Payments

Lucky 68 accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) only. All payment methods available on the platform are Pakistan-based and include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and local bank transfer. No foreign currency deposits are accepted.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the platform by default, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. You can set your own personal deposit limits within the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings.

• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your Lucky 68 balance within seconds of a successful transaction.
• Raast and bank transfer deposits may take up to a few hours depending on your bank's processing times.
• Funds deposited to Lucky 68 are held in your account balance and can be used for betting, casino games, slots or bingo.
• Lucky 68 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at Lucky 68 are processed the same business day for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals submitted during standard processing hours. Raast and bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of processing. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, Lucky 68 may require you to complete an identity verification step. This is a standard process to confirm the account belongs to you and that the withdrawal destination is registered in your own name. Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a screenshot confirming ownership of the withdrawal account.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name used when registering your Lucky 68 account.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Lucky 68 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for larger withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if there is a pending verification issue, active responsible gaming restriction or a suspected Terms violation on the account.

6 Betting Rules

Lucky 68 offers sports betting on cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports and a range of other sports. The minimum single bet is PKR 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event and account status and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.

Bets are accepted and settled according to the rules applicable to each sport and market type. In-play bets are subject to the odds available at the moment the bet is confirmed by the platform — not the odds displayed before the confirmation screen is accepted.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Lucky 68 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in cases where bets are voided by the platform.
• Lucky 68 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where odds were published due to a technical error or data feed fault.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently found to be affected by match-fixing or integrity concerns may be voided at Lucky 68's discretion.
• Accumulator bets containing a voided selection will be recalculated with that selection removed and the odds adjusted accordingly.
• In the event of a dispute over bet settlement, Lucky 68's records of bet placement and settlement are considered final.
• PSL and other cricket markets follow standard cricket betting rules: matches reduced by weather, DLS method scores and revised targets are taken as the official result.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Lucky 68 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, enhanced odds on cricket and PSL markets, and free spins on selected slot games. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all Lucky 68 promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are separate from your real-money balance.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering requirement (e.g., 10x, 20x) is stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Wagering must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings expire if the time limit is reached without meeting the wagering requirement.
• Lucky 68 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, amend its terms or cancel a player's eligibility if abuse is suspected.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household and per IP address applies. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is prohibited.

8 Casino & Games

Lucky 68's casino section includes slot games, live casino tables, bingo and other game types. All games are provided through certified game software. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slots are determined by the game provider and are available in each game's information section.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, by real dealers and physical equipment.
• Lucky 68 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are final once a game round is completed and cannot be reversed.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically based on its current state when the connection dropped. Reconnecting and refreshing will show the completed result.
• Technical malfunctions void all game pays and plays. Lucky 68 is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues outside our reasonable control.
• Bingo sessions run on scheduled timetables published on the Bingo page. Prize pools are confirmed before each session begins.

9 Responsible Gaming

Lucky 68 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for entertainment — for enjoying a PSL match or spinning a favourite slot game within a budget you are comfortable with. It is not intended to be a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available in your Lucky 68 account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap on your account. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a cooling-off period when raised.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a set amount of continuous time on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Lucky 68 platform. Short-term exclusions run from 24 hours to 6 months. Long-term exclusions are permanent until reviewed.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders showing how long you have been active in your current session.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Lucky 68 platform. Violating any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance held:

• Registering more than one account for any reason.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, odds mistakes or software glitches for financial gain.
• Coordinating with other players to abuse promotions or bonus systems (bonus abuse).
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events.
• Attempting to access another player's account or the Lucky 68 system infrastructure without authorisation.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment betting and gaming.
• Making deposits using a payment account that does not belong to you.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform for financial crime.

11 Privacy & Data

Lucky 68 collects and processes personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

• Your personal data is used to manage your account, process transactions, verify your identity and deliver the Lucky 68 service.
• Lucky 68 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• You may request a copy of the data Lucky 68 holds about you by contacting support.
• Lucky 68 uses industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data.

12 Limitation of Liability

Lucky 68 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Lucky 68 is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, third-party payment processing delays or events beyond our reasonable control.

• Lucky 68's total liability to any player arising from a single incident shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the incident.
• Lucky 68 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own decision to bet or play beyond their personal financial means.
• Lucky 68 does not accept liability for indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by Lucky 68's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Lucky 68 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players via the email address on their account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Lucky 68 platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and request account closure via support.
